Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Be the leader in best practices activations /consumer experiences for adidas, by creating brand and product activations/implementations in adidas that are in line with adidas GTM calendar and local market requirements.

- Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and adapting Global campaigns to market needs and ensure a proper rollout
  • Correct execution and implementation of campaigns according to the local trade marketing calendar
  • Implementation of campaigns
  • Tracking projects & Improving execution processes
  • Executes consumer promotion / Activations events / CRM programs at Point-OfSale only
  • Controls and updates image portfolio at Point-OfSales /ShopinShops
  • Communication and coordination with Agencies
  • Tracks and reports results of campaign activation, best practices, other, to Trade Mktg team
  • Provide feedback/reports and KPI ́s
  • Act as a business contact for external parties (agencies and suppliers)
  • To insure full alignment with VM for rollout campaigns
  • Possesses minimum budget accountability
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge
  • Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems
Requisite Education and Experience & Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • 12 years of experience required; preferably in Retail Industry and/or sports/fashion environment
  • Previous experience in Retail or Consumer Goods Industry is very relevant for the role
  • Previous experience in Vendor Relationship Management, ideally with BTL vendors
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors
  • Ability and interest in finding solutions, being resolutive and make proactive decisions
  • Interest in field work to visite stores on a weekly basis
  • Strong numerical analysis skills to control and manage anual Budget, including reports with Advanced Excel Skills requiered
  • Fluency in Spanish. English would be a plus
