- Creation of annual operating plan (AOP)for eCommerce and digital Sales.
- Lead the commercial relationshipwith current clients and ensure business development with newclients.
- Lead digital joint business strategic plan and createannual promotional plan.
- Ensure perfect execution and influencecategory growth.
- Ensure Content health on client's sites.
- Define and develop strategic portfolio.
- Align and execute alongwith trademarketing the enterprise regional initiatives.
- Connectwith trademarketing and digital marketing to ensure full conversionfunnel.
- Collect client data for KPI and objective follow up.
- Ensure text&learn learnings are captured and incorporated intobusiness strategy and future customer business plans.
- Works withConsumer Insights and financial Team to measure and optimize thereturn on investment (ROI) of Digital Sales objectives
- Works withsupply chain to ensure integration of eCommerce into demand planningand mapping of new client logistics.
- Consistently aligns withLatam region and utilizes eCommerce central services.
- Collaboration with shopper insights to have a robust eCommerce shopperunderstanding.
- Deployment of special projects related toeCommerce development.
- Improves wider team understanding throughtrainings or on the daytoday job
- Professional / Bachelor degree
- English: fluent professional.
- Experience in CPG Company(desirable).
- Experience in Ecommerce (mandatory).
- Understanding and experience of core digital and eCommercefundamentals and growth levers.
- Ability to lead and work withmultidisciplinary teams to drive projects and achieve theircompletion.
- Strong communication skills to influence agenda.
- Commercial acumen backed with analytical skills.
- Capacity tolearn fast and quickly adapt to changing environments.
- Highlycollaborative and organized to support countries and Latam's centralproject and service deployment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
