AtLaunch Potato you will be an integral member of the LP Tech Team whereyou will have the opportunity to lead our technical path and beempowered to drive our products. Our team has builtgroundbreaking technology that allows us to understand millions ofusers on a daily basis by collecting demographic, behavioral, andother self-declared data sets. On any given day you might be workingon our proprietary platform creating solutions that reach across ourportfolio of brands driving customer acquisition and user engagementon a massive scale OR you might be improving our machine learningalgorithms which in return influences user behavior and businesssuccess. Whatever it may be, you will be making animpact**SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**
    - Conceptualizing andrefining solutions to well-understood user problems
    - Providingthoughtful mentoring and guidance to other engineers
    - Exploringand evangelizing modern standards
    - Testing and implementingcutting-edge technologies were needed
    - Improving engineeringefficiency via strategic investments, libraries, processes, etc.
    -Integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system
    -Creating database schemas that represent and support businessprocesses
    - Coding, reviewing, deploying, reflecting, updating -> rinse and repeat **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**- Expert in PythonWeb Development and Frameworks, we use Django
    - Understanding ofthe threading limitations of Python, and multi-processarchitecture
    - Data modeling around complicated relationships
    -Must be able to write maintainable/scalable/efficient code
    - Fluentin back-end development and distributed systems
    - Strong unit testand debugging skills
    - Good unit test and integration testingprinciples
    - Strong understanding of: - REST APIsprinciples, protocols & verbs.
    - Design patterns
    - Relationaldatabases i.e PostgreSQL / MySQL and exposure of any of the NoSqlDatabases i.e MongoDB / DynamoDB
    - Messaging queues like RabbitMQ /ActiveMQ
    - Caching tools Redis / Memcache
    - Linux operatingsystem administration
    - Git version control
    - CI/CD serviceslike CircleCI
    - Docker
    - Experience with: - ORM (ObjectRelational Mapper) libraries
    - AWS platform and services
