- Provide operational support to theAutonomous Trucks operation.
- Consults with site on basic featuresand processes are in place to support mining technology.
- Benchmarks site performance using several maintenance metrics toensure continuous improvement on Autonomous truck availability andreliability.
- Recommends MineStar and Mining Equipment ManagementBest Practices.
- Support customers and local Caterpillar Dealersthrough the change management process.
- Supports basic training ofCaterpillar Dealers personnel in areas of expertise.

- Participate in Field Follows as needed.
- Identify and document performanceissues based on field observation working with customers andCaterpillar Dealers.

Incumbents, along withtheir manager, will direct their development and continual learningthrough experience and staying abreast of technology changes. Keylearning comes from continued experience at customer sites. They willprovide excellent communication and build solid relationships with thecustomer, dealer, and Caterpillar. Incumbents must stay abreastof industry and technology changes and relate those changes toCaterpillar, dealer and customer needs. - College Degree: Mechanical, Electrical,Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering (desired) or similar, orequivalent experience.
- Working background in Mining HeavyEquipment Maintenance.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience withinMining Industry or Mining Technology (Systems and Practices)
- Intermediate English
