Your Mission:
  • The Business Controller is responsible for the Profit and Loss statement and for the accuracy of the entity Balance Sheet.
In addition, the Business Controller helps to achieve sustainable, profitable growth by challenging the business and acting as the right hand to the Managing Director
Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Plan to Perform processes within Finance and coordinate crossfunctionally.
  • Monitor and verify the financial performance of the entity.
  • Serve as the speaking partner to the Regional Center of Excellence and the owner of the Balance sheet, Income statement, and relevant Key Performance Indicators.
  • Perform cost and inventory analysis and proactively implement and communicate action plans to control both with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage audit processes in the local site through close cooperation with the Regional Center of Excellence
  • Participate in projects and internal audits.
  • Provide proactive financial control and business support to the organization.
  • Communicate with the Managers about the financial performance of the organization and promote accountability and use of selfservice BIreports for financial followup.
  • Manage risk, maintain current and effective contingency plans, and raise red flags when appropriate.
  • Strive for continuous improvement within the organization and work closely with the Regional Center of Excellence and the Global Center of Excellence teams to both efficiency and quality within the organization.
  • Safeguard internal controls.
  • Provide financial training to the organization.
  • Ensure proper credit control for both internal and indent sales.

Your Profile:


  • A safetyfirst and collaboration mentality.
  • Degree in Business Management /Finance.
  • Ten years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a customer center, service operations or similar.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in finance, management procedures and information systems;
  • Advanced verbal, written and presentation communication skills with a strong customer focus are required.
  • Ability to work independently and be a selfstarter
  • Demonstrated leadership skills: organized, efficient, and handson.
  • Dynamism, selfmotivation, and proactivity, in the sense of moving forward with actions and inspiring others to achieve results;
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Must be available to travel occasionally.
