    Misión del cargo:

    • El Customer Service Analyst es el encargado de garantizar el proceso óptimo de abastecimiento de productos y administrativo de facturación, para mejorar la atención al cliente y promover la búsqueda de eficiencias que aporten rentabilidad al negocio y fidelización del cliente. Adicionalmente se encargará de llevar la trazabilidad completa de los pedidos que corresponden a la cartera de clientes que maneja, desde la recepción de la OC hasta la adecuada entrega del pedido, reaccionando proactivamente en su gestión ante cualquier barrera que pueda impedir cumplir con la entrega de pedidos, es por esto que el Analista de Order Management debe relacionarse diariamente con las distintas áreas de la Empresa, como lo son logística, bodega, cuentas corrientes, ventas, entre otras.

    Funciones específicas:

    • Administrar reuniones mensuales con clientes de manera de asegurar una experiencia perfecta así como buscar oportunidades de eficiencia.
    • Asegurar todo el flujo de las OC desde su ingreso hasta su recepción, tanto de los productos, como de los pallet de su cartera.
    • Automatizar el ingreso de pedidos y SAC, garantizando un proceso completo de facturación rápido, ágil y eficiente a través de las plataformas B2B, EDI y SAP.
    • Ingeniero/a Civil Industrial, Ingeniero/a Comercial, Ingeniero/a en Admin. o carrera afín.
    • Manejo Excel Intermedio a avanzado.
    • Power BI Básico, Bases de datos Básico.
