    About The Role

    As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer at HomeRun IQ, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing
    our technical solutions. Your expertise in Azure, .NET, and Blazor will be crucial in leading our engineering
    efforts to enhance our SaaS offerings. You will be instrumental in driving our mission to streamline the
    production of technical reports for real estate properties.,

    What You'll Do

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.

    • Develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable applications using C# and Blazor
    WebAssembly.

    • Leverage Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and other cloud services for seamless
    deployment, hosting, and management of applications.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into
    technical specifications.

    • Ensure the highest level of performance and quality in our products.

    • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.

    • Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and
    software quality.

    • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing performance and overall system
    architecture.

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks related to .NET, Blazor, and
    Azure.

    • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, innovation, and the success of HomeRun IQ.,

    What You'll Bring

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET and
    Azure technologies.

    • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor WebAssembly, LINQ for SQL, and Azure services (e.g., App Services,
    Functions, etc.).

    • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, views, stored procedures, and JSON queries.

    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey
    technical concepts to stakeholders.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

    • Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.

    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and automated testing.

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, adapting to changing priorities with
    agility and resilience.

    • Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
