- Financial lines portfolio policies and programs broking (D&O; E&O; M&A, etc.).
- Relate to the Service area to enhance not only maintenance but also portfolio growth.
- To the extent of the needs and duly coordinated with them, support the Service Area in advising and relating to clients.
- Relate to the market and our reinsurance area to enhance the work described above and the development of solutions / products / initiatives for the benefit of WTW clients.
- Relationship with the Placement team from other lines to enhance the team's work, the exchange of knowledge and the career development of each and every one of them.
- Preferably educated to a degree, or professional qualifications, e.g. ACII or equivalent
- Good judgement with ability to understand the external business landscape, analyses and anticipates key factors affecting WTW and clients, and can position WTW appropriately
- High level of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
- Proven track record of delivering new business and high-level client service environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
