- Identificar oportunidades de ventas y presentar solucionespersonalizadas que satisfagan las necesidadesespecíficas de cada cliente.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventasy otros departamentos internos para desarrollar estrategiasefectivas de ventas y marketing.
- Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales convincentes,contratos y acuerdos comerciales a clientesinstitucionales.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado y de loscambios en la industria para adaptar las estrategias de ventassegún sea necesario.
- Realizar un seguimiento regular con los clientesexistentes para garantizar la satisfacción continua yidentificar nuevas oportunidades de ventas.
- Mantener registros precisos de las actividadescomerciales y el progreso realizado hacia los objetivos deventas.
- Experiencia previa en ventasinstitucionales, preferiblemente en la industria financiera, afpy/o compañias seguros.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal yescrita, con la capacidad de presentar ideas de manera clara ypersuasiva.
- Orientación al cliente y capacidad paraestablecer relaciones sólidas a largo plazo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de maneraindependiente y en equipo, gestionando eficazmentemúltiples prioridades y proyectos.
- Conocimiento sólido de productosfinancieros y de inversión.
