Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Communicative and creative Marketing and Communication professional Passionate about supporting business strategy.

Based in Chile, reporting to LATAM Marketing & Communication Director and to Chile & Peru Country Manager, you will be responsible for Analyze Prymian's competitive market in Chile and Peru, as well as the external communication activities (digital, events, Trade Marketing for the main clients) that are required, to support the Company's commercial management.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and business opportunities (price, products mix, crosseling).
Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
Support to annual strategic planning process (3 years plan).
Market volume and market share evaluation by product line Business.
Environment monitoring (trends and competitors)
Monitoring and analysis of macroeconomic KPIs.
Construction of management reports and presentations.
Support to local and regional projects.
Support to annual customer satisfaction survey (data analysis and construction of action plan).
Support to sales, pricing, margin and P&L analysis.
Support to sales planning (Budget) activities.
Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
Working besides Sales team, financial and product development teams.
Product roadmap and life cycle analysis.
Brand positioning analysis compared to the segment Competitors.
Price lists creation and updates.
Reporting and analysis of segment market data.
Develop and coordinate the external resources for the communication plan, covering digital, press relations, events and trademarketing activities.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for:
Professional in Business Administration, International Business, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Advertising, Design, Communication, and related.

Knowledge in:

Energy & Telecom Markets, Microsoft Office pack (PowerPoint & Excel required), Data Mining, Trade Marketing, External Communication, Promotion, Brand Positioning, Business Intelligence, Research, Report Writing, Advanced English.
