We are searching for the best talent for Business Solutions Supervisor for MedTech to be in Santiago de Chile.

Purpose:

Business Solutions is a commercial strategic area, which supports the cluster strategy achieving end to end key processes flawless execution through by acting as digital transformation change agents embracing the agile methodology and promoting data driven decision.


Business Solutions Supervisor for Souther Cluster has the exciting responsibility of designing and implementing processes and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements and efficiency that adds new value for customers.


You will be responsible for:


  • Provide integrated performance analysis on key strategic customers within the cluster (7 countries)
  • Coordinate contract management team in order to ensure due dates, contract status and performance visibility in different decision making forums
  • Lead internal audits regarding contract management and key commercial processes (inventory consignment, equipment placement, free goods & samples)
  • Lead existing processes and procedures improvement to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems through digital transformation in regional Latam forums

Qualifications and requirements:


Education:


  • Level of Education required: Bachelors's degree (business administration, marketing, economics or engineering).
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent experiencie will be valued.

Experience and Skills:


  • Minimum 5 years solid understanding and expertise in the performance management function. This may include, but not limited to, data, analytics, process improvement, and internal controls.
  • Ability to mentor, advise, and coach teams.
  • Communication skills to present in senior management audience.

Preferred:


  • Required language: English (advanced)
