We are searching for the best talent for an
Administrative Assistant to be located in
Santiago de Chile - Chile.



Purpose:

Performs numerous diversified secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties and responsibilities for the office coordination. Duties may include normal secretarial activities such as typing, correspondence, word processing, scheduling appointments, etc. Also coordinates and assist in preparing events, manage providers, concur etc.


You will be responsible for:


  • Coordinate meetings and keep calendar agenda updated
  • Assist the Cluster Leadership Team based in Chile e in the planning of local or cluster meetings and events.
  • Assist the VP with travel logistics and expense reporting
  • Liaise with Executive Assistants in other sites/ regions on projects and tasks.
  • Manage the logistics planning, coordination and execution of small, medium and large events for employee engagement (townhalls, Christmas/ Year End celebrations, kick off meeting).
  • Administrate employee T&E/ Meeting Cards programs and liaise with AMEX and Citi to issue/ cancel cards, increase limits and online reports).
  • BTA TRAVEL/ BTA SERVICIOS. Monthly account reconciliation and Request for Payment
  • Journal Entry Request to reconcile bank transfers related to consumer healthcare products bought by employees
  • CONCUR. Shipment of employee reports through DHL and final Employee expense reconciliation with WIPRO

  • 68 Years Work Experience
  • Fluent English oral and writing
