- Administrar el territorio geográfico alcanzando los objetivos y metas comerciales planeadas de la región.
- Mantener una fuerte relación técnico-comercial con nuestros distribuidores para lograr el posicionamiento y la demanda de nuestros productos a través de acciones conjuntas con los distribuidores y su equipo.
- Coordinar acciones y capacitaciones para la fuerza de ventas de nuestros clientes y agricultores sobre los beneficios y ventajas del portafolio FMC.
- Actuar como principal punto de contacto con el cliente y ser el nexo con las áreas internas de la Empresa (Marketing, Investigación y Desarrollo, Servicio Técnico, Customer Service, Logística y otros)
- Realizar las gestiones comerciales y generación de negocios a corto, mediano y largo plazo con cada uno de los clientes de la región
- Ejecutar y controlar los planes Comerciales y de acceso al mercado específicos para cada cliente
- Realizar la planificación de las Ventas & Forecast mensual
- Identificar y capturar nuevas oportunidades de mercado y desarrollo/expansión del territorio asignado.
- Coordinar e intensificar las acciones de generación de demanda en el territorio a su cargo
- Participar en eventos y actividades relacionadas con los clientes, referentes, instituciones, otras.
- Ser el punto de contacto en temas relacionados con Créditos y cobranzas
- Realizar y hacer el seguimiento de pedidos, facturación y acciones comerciales con los clientes
- Realizar análisis, escenarios, proyecciones y reportes requeridos por la gerencia u otras áreas
- Profesionales Ingenieros/as Agrónomos/as graduados/as .
- Más de 5 años de experiencia desempeñando posiciones de responsabilidad en Ventas y/o Marketing en la región y o con experiencia comercial.
- Amplio conocimiento de la zona a cargo (cultivos, productores, distribuidores, problemáticas y necesidades)
- Residir en la cuidad de Santiago o V región
- Perfil comercial, con conocimientos técnicos en Protección de Cultivos, negociación, excelente comunicación y proactividad.
- Disponibilidad para viajar, Licencia de conducir al día y experiencia en manejo.
- Profundo conocimiento en Crop Protection
- Experiencia en empresas multinacionales de Agribusiness
- Experiencia en el desempeño de roles en la distribución
- Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado
- Aspiración para desempeñar nuevos roles y continuar creciendo en una compañía en plena expansión
