    Our Global Marketing Operations function is growing and looking for a Marketing Analytics Report Developer/Analyst to join their team In this role, the person will play a leading role in implementing the marketing analytics platform using Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud products.

  • Define, build, test, and launch insightful reports that showcase marketing performance and areas of strength as well as opportunities for improvement using Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) and related reporting tools on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud products.
  • Design, code and test custom metrics, dimensions attributes, aggregates in MCI to showcase results.
  • Complete data mapping, data models and harmonization of incoming data sources.
  • Import external data sources and construct monthly goal reporting of progress vs. targets.
  • Build reports to QA and ensure ongoing data cleansing and accuracy of marketing data.
  • Build insightful analysis on end-end enterprise campaigns with highlights on strong outcomes and recommendations for improvement in execution based on the data.
  • Collaborate and communicate with global marketing functions to understand their challenges and optimize their results.
  • Create, test, and improve marketing pipeline attribution model(s) using statistical models.
  • Create user-friendly documentation on reporting, definitions and formulas for team and marketers.
  • Present analysis and recommendations in forums of business counterparts.
  • Explore and recommend AI and data science-based solutions to marketing metric challenges.

    • Experience and knowledge

  • 4-10 year's experience using analytic platforms and statistical models in marketing and/or sales organization.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and synthesize complex analytics topics for business stakeholders.
  • Data modelling experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly known as Datorama) required.
  • SQL and SOQL coding languages
  • Ability to construct and trouble-shoot analytics APIs, custom metrics, formulas and dimensions to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
  • Advanced Excel, Tableau, PowerBi, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud product experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales metrics, as well as levers of change
  • Strong empathy and cultural awareness and ability to work with all levels of management and individual contributors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and time zones with a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment.
  • Diligent, flexible, resourceful, independent worker with a strong work ethic
  • Driven to learn and be at the forefront of the latest industry news and best practice.

    • College degree or extensive coursework in Computer science, Statistics, Data Science, Math, Economics or quantitative field with proficiency in data modeling
