    PARTNERH CONSULTORES está buscando para importante Start Up proveedora de la minería al mejor "CTO – Chief Technical Officer", para la Región Metropolitana, Santiago (Chile).


    Este CTO será responsable de definir la arquitectura de datos, la correcta captación de data y administrar el control de los datos claves para generar un análisis acabado del proceso y desarrollar proyectos que permitan usar información relevante para contribuir al desarrollo del negocio.

    Además, deberá definir la mejor estrategia de análisis y procesamiento de data para obtener el producto esperado, utilizando tecnología de datos avanzada.


    Funciones principales:

    • Generar análisis de grandes cantidades de datos, implementando modelos descriptivos y predictivos.
    • Buscar que los productos de datos tengan el máximo impacto en el negocio.
    • Elaborar reportes estándares y dinámicos mediante aplicaciones de procesos de inteligencia de negocios.
    • Desarrollar y llevar adelante modelos de analítica avanzada que simulen ejercicios exitosos para optimización del proceso.
    • Potenciar resultados, costos y operaciones en base a proyección de datos.
    • Gestionar los mejores casos de uso para la aplicación de data analytics.
    • Mantenerse actualizado con respecto al procesamiento de información y datos.

    Formación académica:

    • Título Profesional Matemático, Ingeniero en Informática, Civil Industrial o carrera afín.
    • Deseables estudios de Postgrado en análisis estadístico, procesamiento de datos, machine learning, inteligencia artificial, o materia afín.

    Años de experiencia:

    • Desde 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de responsabilidad similar.

    Conocimientos técnicos y otros requisitos:

    • Experiencia en el uso de tecnología de datos, utilizando diversos lenguajes de programación.
    • Técnicas de Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (NLP).
    • Algoritmos de clasificación como Árboles de Decisión, Random Forest o Redes Neuronales
    • Redes Neuronales Convolucionales (CNN) ó Redes Neuronales Recurrentes (CNN).
    • Algoritmos de aprendizaje profundo
    • Algoritmos de aprendizaje supervisado como Regresión Logística, SVM o Redes Neuronales
    • Técnicas de análisis de clúster como K-means u otros afines.
    • Dominio y experiencia en Python.
    • Manejo de C#, GraphQL, Highcharts, Graphing Libraries, PowerBI.
    • ReactJS o VueJS o Angular.
    • Orientación al desarrollo de tecnologías innovadoras.
    • Dominio de idioma inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
