    Accountable for the setup and deployment of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client-purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Collaborates closely with clients to handle initial access, data mapping and transfer, document process flows, and provide training or coordinate training sessions for clients. Evaluates and troubleshoots the functionality of implemented systems; recognizes and documents technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams for resolution. Conveys feedback from client interactions to product and professional services teams for enhancing products and processes. May engage with clients onsite or offer remote installation support.

    The primary role of the TS Implementation Engineer (L3) is to deliver technical assistance to NTT (Ltd) customers. This involves remotely supporting customers within service level agreements (SLAs), configuring software and hardware, resolving issues, conducting root cause analysis, and adhering to relevant processes such as change management. The TS Implementation Engineer (L3) operates in intricate environments for installation, configuration, and fault management.

    • Interact with clients onsite to fulfill complex solution requirements.
    • Elevate unresolved issues to the appropriate third parties.
    • Address escalated client requests and support client applications until initial resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to relevant third parties.
    • Prepare reports and proposals, and manage and uphold project documentation.
    • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures for installations and repairs.
    • Act as a mentor to junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
    • Oversee the coordination of Engineers' activities in alignment with performance objectives.
    • Occasionally, provide support on the customer service desk, delivering third-line telephonic, remote, and onsite assistance and issue management.
    • Contribute to more intricate design work with expected input to the design process.
    • Take responsibility for pertinent technologies based on specialization or domain.
