    Athletes play afundamental role in the brand ́s strategy.

    As a brand it is ourobjective to secure the best athletes portfolio possible that canrepresent and communicate our products to the consumer.

    SpecialistSport Marketing - Multisports _(Football excluded)_ yourresponsibility is to identify the countries ́ talents at the earliestage possible and to include them into the brands atheltes portfolio.

    -Key Responsibilities

    • Identification, planning and flawlessexecution of the scouting attack plan according to defined SPOMA_(Sport Marketing)_ Athletes Scouting KPI ́s.
    • To become a keycontact in the world of professinoals and young athletes by providingexcellence of servicing and product supply.
    • Negotiation,contracting and execution of athletes contracts, according to andfully compliant with internal sports marketing and legal/financialguidelines.
    • Day to day management of all scouting relations ofour portfolio. Execute contract rights properly to strengthen ourconnections and build more reliable relations
    • Securing high leveland fast assets service.
    • Develop powerful relationships withagents, and all other important stakeholders in the world of scoutingand sports, to increase the probability to recognize, scout and signthe best talents of the country of each age category.
    • To attendnational and international Youth events and use them as a platform forscouting (identify, contact, network and sign).

    • Local athlete management teams
    • BU Running,Training, Outdoor, Specialist Sports, etc.
    • BrandCommunications
    • Legal & Finance teams
    • Agents & clubs,Federations
    • Requisite Education and Experience & MinimumQualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required inrelated field.
    • 3 years experience in Marketing, BrandCommunications or similar.
    • Previous experience in SportsManagement, Athletes Management, Sports Industry or similar.
    • Demonstrated Sports Market and Industry awareness, depp knowledge insports and related tournaments, club, events.
    • Additionalknowledge in Commercial negotiation, Marketing budget, legal contractswill be highly appreciated.
    • Passionate about Sports: theIndustry, the Athletes, local & global trends in sports as Training,Running, Rugby, Hocket. Tennis & Padel, etc.
    • Possess exceptionalinterpersonal and communication abilities, spanning from ExecutiveManagement to Operations Teams.
    • Demonstrate comprehension of thechallenges encountered by athletes, including financial constraints,media, relocation, and language barriers. Provide a compassionate andhogh quality service to help Adidas in designing initiatives thatsupport athletes in overcoming these obstacles.
    • Demonstratestrong motivation and laser focus on the task at hand showingdetermination and ability to stay on track even in challengingsituations.
    • Unwavering commitment to maintaining absoluteconfidentiality in all business matters.
    • Fluency in both Spanishand English. Be able to work in an Englishspeaking environment in adaily basis.
