Important responsibilities in this role will include:

We built our values around always being refreshing, responsive, and rigorous. In our editorial team, our clients engage with us on the following essential tasks and responsibilities:

• Write brochures and copy for campaign webpages on a range of topics, working closely with stakeholders to develop messaging to drive strategic objectives

• Write/edit copy for event and webinar invitations and agendas targeting specific audiences and regions

• Write/edit/adapt content for digital mediums including email campaigns, sponsored content and social media, drawing from existing thought leadership and promotional content

• Develop original messaging concepts for digital ad campaigns across a range of themes

• Ensure all copy is accurate, appropriately positioned, compliant and in our brand voice

• Work closely with the marketing team, subject matter experts and designers to create promotional pieces, including brochures and infographics, while adhering to deadlines

• Partner with product management, content and legal teams to account for feedback and obtain approvals as required

• Manage robust sponsored content workflow, ensuring all deadlines are met and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver required assets to a range of publications

Skills we're looking for:

• Advanced or native-level spoken and written communication skills in English

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, linguistics, business, accounting, economics, finance, or liberal arts

• Minimum 8 years' experience writing content and copy for brands, with a minimum of four years in the financial services industry

• Outstanding writing/editing/proofreading skillset with exceptional attention to detail

• Strong project management skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects to meet multiple deadlines.

• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with a range of stakeholders

• Knowledge of financial terminology, specifically related to capital markets, indices, and investing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Clear, precise, appropriate, and professional communication skills

• Dependability and flexibility to maintain required coverage; professional attitude regarding team, workflow, and client
