    Job Description
    En FRICE Consulting estamos en búsqueda de un Data Governance para una asignación de un cliente de Santiago de Chile del rubro del Retail.
    Modalidad: Híbrido (se requerirá presencialidad en oficinas del cliente según necesidad)
    Fecha de inicio estimada: Mayo 2024
    Tiempo de Asignación: 1 añoResidentes en Santiago de Chile

    Experiencia y funciones requeridas:
  • Ingeniero (Industrial, Estadístico, Comercial o afín) con experiencia en gestión de metadatos y data governance.
  • Experiencia en la definición de dominios y subdominios de datos, así como en la certificación de metadatos en catálogos corporativos.
  • Conocimientos de marcos normativos de protección de datos GDPR, CCPA.
  • Coordinación con equipos técnicos y de negocio para garantizar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos del framework de gobierno.
  • Enfoque en la documentación clara y precisa para usuarios finales, capacidad de ofrecer capacitaciones efectivas sobre el uso del catálogo de datos y el cumplimiento de normativas regulatorias.
  • Analizar y entender la naturaleza de los datos en su capa de consumo para apoyar la certificación de sus metadatos en el catálogo de datos corporativo por parte de los dueños de los datos.
  • Participar en la refinación de los procesos para el desarrollo de productos de datos junto a los equipos de data delivery, asegurando que en su desarrollo se sigan lo lineamientos del framework de gobierno y se provean los entregables de gobierno que nuestros clientes internos requieren.
    Conocimientos Técnicos:
  • Tecnología Cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP)
  • Catálogo de Datos (preferentemente Collibra)
  • Power BI
  • Conocimiento de Base de Datos estructurada y no estructurada
  • Conocimiento en análisis de datos: Perfilado, estadística descriptiva y modelos predictivos.
  • Marcos normativos (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Metodologías ágiles, Kanban.
  • Conocimientos de Normativas:
  • Familiaridad con regulaciones relevantes normativas de privacidad y seguridad de datos.
  • Experiencia en garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y políticas de gobierno de datos.

    Gestión de Calidad de Datos:
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo e implementación de procesos de calidad de datos.
  • Conocimiento de prácticas para mejorar la calidad de los datos y reducir errores.

    Certificaciones Deseadas:
  • Posesión de certificaciones relevantes en el ámbito de data governance puede ser un activo, como Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP) o Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) o DAMA. AWS Foundation.
