    The
    Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible forco-developing and implementing innovative and effective talentacquisition activations in the country.

    • Lead an expertise, lead ateam, lead a change, to develop our employer branding and recruitmentstrategies, identifying the best potential in the market, this is whatwe propose to you a leadership challenge:
    -
    Identifies andattracts the best talent
    s for the organization though multiplesourcing strategies in adherence with values and competencies.
    -
    Partners with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to understand and assessimmediate and mid-term resourcing needs for the organization(attitudes, skills, selection criteria, potential, diversity andethics )

    • Acts as proactive and
      data driven advisor andconsistently recommends ideas and effective approaches socialresourcing & TA analytics
    • Develop L'Oréal's
      employer branding(EVP) by defining campaigns and targeting partners in order toattract the best talents
    • Leverage partnerships with highereducation institutions and animate our Early Careers programs for
      youth employability

    Develops and upskill junior membersof the recruiting team
    REQUIRMENTS FOR THISOPPORTUNITY*Proven results orientation of
    7-1
    2years of working experience, **conveying enthusiasm, and inspiring a"can-do" approach, as shown by:
    • Talent Acquisitionexperiences characterized by the achievement of significant talentquality and initiatives that generate diversity
    • Developing aneffective working relationship with the HR and the Business team,including joint development and execution of talentattraction.

    Competency in leading a team with generosity inan international environment, as shown by:

    • Demonstratedability to work within a global organization, interfacing both localand international executives and leading culturally diverse teams
    • Great people development and motivation skills highlighted by theability to coach and develop reports in a multicultural environment.
    Spanish and English are a must.
    Candidate
    -orientation,sustainability mindset and digital savviness as shown by: -Demonstrated ability to shape/articulate a sound and successful TalentAcquisition strategy with regards to competitive markets and abilityto utilize market intelligence knowledge to drive insight

    • Strongentrepreneurial personality having a bold drive in the development ofsourcing opportunities on the longterm as well as being prepared totake bet on potential
    • Master local landscape and build ourobjectives for Youth and Early Careers program animation
    • Developpipeline for the future, mapping key positions and keycapabilities
      Capability in managing stakeholders, mediatingand persuading, as shown by:
    • Success in gaining commitmentand agreement of peers within the HR MANCOM and the TA LATAM MANCOM,and international partners to agreed plans and projects
    • Abilityto communicate well at all levels and to empower the organizationconstructively and collaboratively
