- Coordinar, analizar y gestionar la ejecución de los distintos procesos administrativos del mercado (desarrollo producto, catálogo productos y material POP, muestras, viajes, visitas, órdenes de compra, finanzas, entre otros) mediante los distintos sistemas y medios de comunicación, que permitan la correcta y rápida gestión de las solicitudes del cliente.
- Liderar inter-área todos los requerimientos del cliente con todas las áreas involucradas de VSPT (Marketing, Finanzas, Operaciones, Comunicaciones, Enología y otros) mediante solicitudes y seguimientos necesarios de manera eficaz y eficiente con el fin entregar un servicio de calidad y en los plazos requeridos por el cliente.
- Reportar periódicamente el estatus de las solicitudes realizadas por el cliente mediante los distintos medios de comunicación disponibles con el objetivo de mantener informados y alineados a los involucrados.
- Proponer y diseñar colaborativamente procesos internos (actuales y nuevos) junto a las distintas áreas de soporte, con el objetivo de impactar en la atención al cliente y cumplir con las necesidades del mercado y estrategias definidas.
- Estudios de Comercio Exterior, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afín.
- 2 a 3 años con experiencia en cargos similares.
- Nivel de Ingles avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para viajar 1 vez al año en caso de que sea requerido.
- Excel nivel medio alto.
- Deseable experiencia en la industria vitivinícola.
