    Director of TalentAcquisition at BairesDev We are looking for a Director ofTalent Acquisition to join our Recruitment team.

    We are looking forproactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizationalcapacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with markedattention to detail.

    It is an excellent opportunity for thoseprofessionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growingcompanies in the industry

    What You Will Do:

    • Leadefficiently a team of distributed Recruiting Managers.
    • Collaborate in the definition and execution of the Talent Searchstrategy.
    • Plan alternative recruitment scenarios, according todifferent needs.
    • Design and validate search practices, selection,and attraction to our openings, in direct collaboration with leadersand managers.
    • Provide ideas and solutions to improve theefficiency and effectiveness of the selection process: methods andtechnology.
    • Creative thinking.
    • Prepare reports and monitorKPIs.

    Here's what we are looking for:

    • At least 7 yearsof experience in recruiting.
    • At least 3 years of verifiableexperience in similar positions.
    • Creative recruiting skills,excellent interpersonal management, and verbal and writtencommunication.
    • Ability to work autonomously.
