    About the Role

    We are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner to be responsible for the entire talent attraction and selection process, from defining the candidate search strategy to onboarding the new employee. Initially, this position involves a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of renewal.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Hiring Managers from different areas.
    • Support in defining roles and positions.
    • Search for improvements and optimizations in the attraction and selection process.
    • Identify new talents in the job market.
    • Maintain constant communication with job applicants.
    • Manage candidate databases.
    • Post job ads and CV screening.
    • Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate interviews with leaders.
    • Send and evaluate psychometric tests.
    • Review work references.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

    Key Requirements

    • Psychology or related studies (Graduated).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Attraction and Selection.
    • Desirable experience in Technology and/or Telecommunications companies.
    • Experience using online platforms like Workday is a plus.
    • Skills in conducting competency-based interviews.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of Power BI and/or data management is desirable.
    • Intermediate English.
