    A whiz with data, you're able to tell a storywith the process improvements you make for the CX team and customers.

    You don't believe in doing things the same way they've always beendone—you recognize the opportunity for change and understand the rightway to position information to internal stakeholders to get them onboard.


    About the role:


    • Manage the daily operationsof multiple platforms and tools (e.g.
    , Bot, Salesforce) used by the CXteam and B:
    B customers.

    • Translate business requirements intosolution needs by understanding the stakeholders' business needs andopportunities, creating detailed requirements, potentially conductingan RFP for a thirdparty solution, and defining the integrationsrequired to deliver an endtoend solution.
    • Work with vendors andinternal Mindbody technical stakeholders to find ways to maximizeexisting tools and implement/integrate new tools into the CXecosystem.
    • Lead initiatives to enable customers to selfserve andfind ways to reduce friction for customers and CX Associates.
    • Assist the Enablement team with building training and educating the CXteam about the process improvements you lead.
    • Represent the CXteam on crossfunctional initiatives that impact CX Associates toensure the design and CX workflow are improved.
    • Become theresident expert on internal defects and quantify their impact; workwith crossfunctional teams to prioritize a fix

    Skills &experience:


    • Proficient in Salesforce.
    • Comfortable withlarge data sets and familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
    • Self starter who figures out how to get it done.
    • Passionate aboutconstant improvement and tackling operational challenges, proposingsolutions, and measuring their impact.
    • Enjoys owning a program orinitiative from end to end.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English.
    • Experience working withtechnical partners and translating business requirements intosolutions for a team
