- Evaluar y monitorear constantemente las métricas clave de rendimiento relacionadas con las ventas, como el volumen de ventas, el CPA, la tasa de conversión, entre otros.
- Implementar tácticas innovadoras y adaptadas al mercado para aumentar la eficiencia y la rentabilidad de las ventas.
- Identificar áreas de oportunidad para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la productividad del equipo de ventas.
- Brindar liderazgo y dirección al equipo de ventas, asegurando una alineación clara con los objetivos y estrategias establecidos.
- Preparar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de las ventas, destacando los logros, los desafíos y las áreas de mejora.
- Horario de Lunes a viernes presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Las Condes a pasos del metro Tobalaba.
- Carrera Profesional Ing comercial, Ing. Civil Industrial, Ventas, Marketing o carreras afines.
- Experiencia previa demostrada en posiciones relacionadas con la gestión de ventas y el análisis de rendimiento comercial.
- Conocimiento sólido de técnicas de análisis de datos y herramientas de Business Intelligence aplicadas al área comercial.
- Contar con 5 años de experiencia liderando equipos.
