    Role Description

    As a Digital Marketing Content Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping the content for the OM channel. Your responsibilities will involve taking charge of our ad and website content, brainstorming innovative ideas and approaches to engage with our prospects and customers. Your goal is to refine the message to resonate with the target audience and synchronize all digital communications accordingly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
    • Create and implement web page structures and content on our content management system.
    • Execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website components, user pathways, and conversion funnels.
    • Track the impact of optimization initiatives on conversion rates and other pertinent metrics.
    • Develop data-driven strategies to enhance website performance and boost conversion rates.
    • Compose compelling copies for our ads, leveraging best practices, insights, and personal expertise.
    • Lead content and website-related projects that influence the growth team.

    You'll be a perfect fit for this role if:

    • You possess expertise in marketing research, content marketing, and marketing strategies.
    • You have a background in digital marketing, advertising, and performance marketing.
    • You are goal-oriented, possess creative thinking abilities, and have an eye for detail.
    • You have proficiency in Google Analytics and at least one CMS platform.
    • You have experience in UX and CRO.
    • You are a quick learner, creative, empathetic, and resilient.
    • You excel at managing stakeholders and handling pressure effectively.
    • You are adept at project management and communication, and are comfortable leading initiatives.
    • You are proactive, energetic, and demonstrate proactive initiative.
