    En Baufest buscamos mejorar la vida con tecnología, por lo que nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Líder de Inteligencia Artificial para sumar a nuestro equipo .

    Responsabilidades:


    • Liderar el desarrollo de la práctica Applied AI.

    • Generar propuestas de valor para clientes y prospectos.

    • Desarrollar y mantener actualizada la oferta de la práctica de AI.

    • Generar una red de contactos que permita acelerar el crecimiento de la práctica.

    • Coordinar y asistir al equipo de AI.

    • Colaborar en el posicionamiento de la unidad AI en nuestros clientes y en el mercado.
    • Colaborar en la gestión de la unidad.

    Requisitos Principales:


    • Estar graduado de las carreras: Licenciatura en Sistemas o afines / Económicas (con experiencia en el área de sistemas).

    • Contar con un amplio conocimiento de metodologías Agile (Scrum, Lean, Kanban).

    • Tener nivel avanzado (B2-C1) de inglés tanto oral como escrito.

    • Contar con al menos tres años de experiencia en posiciones gerenciales, con foco en Sistemas y Procesos.

    • Tener al menos tres años de experiencia liderando tanto equipos de líderes como equipos de tecnologías asociadas al rol (IA: Computer Vision, LLM, Python).

    • Haber trabajado en organizaciones matriciales con grupos interdisciplinarios. Contar con la capacidad de interactuar de manera efectiva con diversos stakeholders: compañeros de trabajo, comité ejecutivo y los socios, clientes y usuarios externos.

    Requisitos Deseables:


    • Contar con estudios de posgrado/MBA.

    • Poseer experiencia como docente.
