    About the Role

    RPMGlobal is seeking an Account Manager withexperience operating in large, multinational mining accounts to drivecustomer engagement, identify and qualify opportunities, and growbusiness with existing and prospective customers.

    To besuccessful in this role you will have a background in managing andselling enterprise software into the largest customers in LatinAmerica.

    You will be a strong relationship builder and negotiator withthe ability to navigate complex software sales to positive outcomes.

    You will have a strong drive, customer focus and initiative with theability to build strong customer/dealership relationships acrossdiffering levels of management.

    A background selling software withinthe mining and/or capital-intensive industries would be highlyadvantageous, but not essential. Regular domestic andinternational travel is a requirement of this role.
    KeyResponsibilities

    • Client Management
    • Provide an exceptionalcustomer service experience by consistently managing clientexpectations.
    • Act as the primary contact for the resolution ofcustomer issues within accounts.
    • Develop account plans whichalign customer strategies with RPM solutions and valuepropositions.
    • Sales
    • Achieve assigned quarterly/annual salesquota for enterprise software licenses and services in assignedaccounts/regions.
    • Cultivate a healthy sales pipeline byuncovering new opportunities, following up on leads, and managing theexisting customer base.
    • Create and execute sales campaigns totargeted customers using internal and external databases.
    • Communicate and present RPM's integrated software solutions to avariety of business stakeholders, industry contacts, and businesspartners.
    • Align customer needs and requirements to RPM solutionswhile engaging the relevant internal team to support the deal
    • Work as part of the North American Sales team to coordinate proposalsand solutions.
    • Accounts
    • Drive the development andimplementation of account plans, design customer engagement andrelationship strategies, prioritize the opportunities and executerelationships in line with account plans.
    • Understand and mapaccount stakeholders for assigned accounts.
    • Build long termpartnerships with key management, solution and channel partners.
    • Sales Administration
    • Participate in the creation and delivery ofmaintenance proposals for designated key customers.
    • Effectivelyutilize CRM to manage customer contacts, opportunities, andleads.
    • Creation and maintenance of reports on sales effortswithin the region.
    • Leveraging customer relationship managementtools to manage the entire sales cycle, prioritize activities, andprovide accurate forecasting information.
    • Software
    • Manage,create, deliver and invoice all maintenance within theregion.

    About You You will have:


    • A proventrack record in Account Management in large, matrixedorganisation.
    • Experience selling software into complex accounts,mining software preferred but not essential.
    • Experience managingaccounts within an Enterprise level software sales environment.
    • An extensive proven track record of achieving software salestargets.
    • Marketing and sales conversion experience within complexselling environments.
    • Exposure to, or knowledge of, RPM softwaresolutions.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communicationskills.
    • Have a high degree of selfmotivation to succeed and growthe business.
    • High level knowledge of software developmentmethodologies.
    • Based in and eligible to work inChile.
