    Responsable de implementar herramientasy estrategias que permitan generar insights valiosos de negocio,velando por la calidad técnica de las soluciones generadas, eldesarrollo técnico y de habilidades adaptativas de los roles de datos.Liderar al equipo y promover una cultura orientada a datos en toda laorganización.

    Funciones:

    • Mantieneun staffing de acuerdo a las necesidades del ecosistema manteniendo enniveles aceptables el hiring / Plan.
    • Responsable de la calidad técnica de los productos desarrollados ensu contexto, realizando seguimiento de indicadores claves derendimiento y controles internos, manteniéndose al tanto de las nuevasherramientas y metodologías de la industria.
    • Colabora directa e indirectamente con otros equipos de la compañíaentendiendo las necesidades de negocio respecto a datos,proporcionando dirección, traduciendo las prioridades/objetivosestratégicos en hitos y planes de acción tácticos definidos yconectando con soluciones ya desarrolladas.
    • Define metodologías, buenas prácticas y herramientas asociadas aingeniería de datos y analytics, velando por la excelencia técnica yla adopción de éstas por sus reportes directos.
    • Diseña e implementar procedimientos eficientes y seguros para lagestión y el análisis de datos con atención a todos los aspectostécnicos.
    • Responsable de mantener los costosde su equipo dentro del presupuesto, preocupándose de tener solucionesde calidad y eficientes en costo.
    Requisitos Requisitos

    Requisitos:

    • Cuentas con experiencia laboral mínima de 5años en roles de datos como Data Scientist
    • Cuentas con experiencia laboral de al menos 2 año específicamente enroles de liderazgo técnico y tutoría de roles de datos tales como DataScientist
    • Cuentas con un nivel de inglésavanzado.
    • Excelentes habilidades decomunicación y sentido de propiedad, con un enfoque sistemático deresolución de problemas.
    • Tienes conocimientoConocimiento de Oracle, SQL, BQ y computación en la nube.
