- Field Service Management: You will be responsible for executing technical services, from installation to repair, and ensuring effective customer satisfaction.
- Quality: Ensure the quality of services provided to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify business opportunities from customer and installation visits.
- Resource management: Effectively manage regional resources.
- Commercial Focus: Contribute to the growth of the Super Center and promote contracts as our main sales channel.
- Specialty Engineering, Metallurgy, Mines, Mechanics or similar
- More than 10 years of experience in the mining industry or mining service providers
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and team management.
- Strong commercial knowledge and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and results oriented.
