    Responsibilities:

    Theseresponsibilities and accountabilities ensure compliance with approvedSOPs for each service provided.

    If IFM member identifies discrepanciesbetween SOP implementation and coherent applicability, must escalateissue to update or implement local variances in SOP.

    Responsible tocoordinate cross-areas and sub-regional teams for reporting purposessuch us: Governance deliverables, Performance Management Program andKPIs, information workflow and rhythm of business calendar.

    Identifykey trends and look for insights, support compliance to data accuracyand consistency, coordinate workflow and handoffs among IFM team forinformation by leading data compilation efforts for the differentreporting needs.

    Requirements:

    Academic Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administrationorrelated fields


    Desirable:

    MBA

    Experience: 3-5 years ofbusiness intelligence related experience including interaction withsenior-level management


    Desirable:
    Experience working intechnologyindustry.

    Technical Skills:
    Technology proficientwith expertise in Office suites programs, specialized in advancedExcel, Pivot tables and Power BI

    Languages:
    Fluent in Spanishand advance English
