    Tenemos una oportunidad laboral para ti, estamos buscando Operations Strategy Specialist para nuestro equipo de Operaciones y Logística con base en Chile

  • Liderar el equipo de analistas definiendo criterios de éxito para la evaluación, análisis y seguimiento de iniciativas.
  • Analizar, estructurar y presentar información cualitativa y cuantitativa que arrojan las métricas de desempeño de los partners (restaurantes, supermercados, etc).
  • Identificar problemas, cuantificar el impacto, diseñar y ejecutar proyectos e iniciativas para su resolución.
  • Definir criterios de éxito para la evaluación, análisis y seguimiento de iniciativas.
  • Organizar, estructurar y llevar adelante proyectos para el equipo de Operaciones.
  • Detección de variables críticas para impactar en resultados claves del negocio (ventas, rentabilidad, NPS).
  • Trabajo en conjunto con el equipo regional (Latam) de operaciones para impulsar proyectos, desarrollos, etc. como también con equipo local de otras áreas.

    • Requisitos

  • Profesionales de las carreras de Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Logística, Comercial o afines.
  • Al menos 3-4 años de experiencia laboral en roles similares. Se valorará la experiencia previa trabajando en áreas de Operaciones o Inteligencia de negocios.
  • Experiencia previa liderando equipos de trabajo.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y conocimientos avanzados de SQL (excluyente).
  • Habilidades para elaborar presentaciones de proyectos con impacto en las decisiones del negocio.
  • Fuerte orientación al análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de la información (definición y estructuración de problemas, hipótesis, etc.) y toma de decisiones basadas en la data.
  • Experiencia en mejora continua de procesos.
  • Gestión de stakeholders.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y visión de negocio.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en #ModoMix en oficina ubicada en Las Condes (2 veces por semana de manera presencial, 3 días modalidad HomeOffice).
