    Page Consulting se dedica a proporcionar recursos de TI para las organizaciones que necesitan experiencia especializada en tecnología y sistemas de información.

    Descripción

    La rutina de esa posición incluye:

    • Asegurar el Convertion Rate de las posiciones que está llevando.
    • Levantamiento de Jobs con clientes (para garantizar el entendimiento del perfil).
    • Publicación de Jobs dentro de las principales plataformas de reclutamiento.
    • Búsqueda, selección y entrevistas (Inicial, por competencias y de conocimientos técnicos) de candidatos.
    • Seguimiento al proceso de reclutamiento con cliente, mediante el envío de candidatos y acompañamiento.
    • Control del pipe de posiciones con las que está trabajando.
    • Asegurar la calidad dentro de los procesos
    • Creación y mantenimiento de mapeos con candidatos activos para los diferentes tipos de posiciones por especialización.

    Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

    Creemos tendrá éxito en la posición profesionales que cuenten con:

    • Paquetería Office para elaborar presentación a los clientes bien cómo gestionar controles personales
    • Entendimiento de perfiles de tecnología
    • Experiencia previa en seguimiento con clientes para garantizar entrega de resultados
    • Entrevista por Competencias y aplicación de Testes Técnicos de acuerdo con necesidad del cliente, soportando el proceso junto al candidato
    • Conocimiento de rutina y tiempos de servicio de outsourcing, garantizando experiencia no solamente en selección
    • Inglés será considerado deseable
