    Somos Lider Bci y nos encontramos actualmente en búsqueda de un Project Owner

    Su principal Misión es Gestionar e implementar los proyectos asociados del área de administración, en calidad, tiempo y costos comprometidos, de acuerdo a los requerimientos y/o necesidades de la compañía, con el fin de asegurar la continuidad operacional y el correcto funcionamiento de la oficina central del negocio de Lider BCI Servicios Financieros.

    Principales funciones:

  • Implementar los proyectos a su cargo en su totalidad, utilizando la metodología ágil, identificando las desviaciones y riesgos, y generando planes de acción adecuados.
  • Coordinar y supervisar el alcance y desarrollo de los proyectos o procesos que vayan surgiendo según las necesidades de las áreas y los clientes internos, así como dar continuidad a los procesos estándares a su cargo.
  • Controlar los estados de avance de cada ciclo del proyecto/proceso revisando las tareas asignadas a cada miembro de la mesa, elaborando informes que detallan la evolución del mismo.
  • Controlar y programar los recursos asignados al proyecto/ proceso (dinero, tiempos, insumos tecnológicos, etc.), identificando eventualidades que puedan afectar el normal desarrollo del proyecto/proceso.
  • Liderar, coordinar y crear minutas de reuniones semanales con el equipo y/o proveedores, garantizando la participación activa de cada integrante.

    • Los principales requisitos son:

  • Ingeniería en administración de empresas o carrera a fin. (Excluyente)
  • 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares. (Excluyente)
  • Conocimientos de Microsoft Office avanzado. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia en rubro financiero (Deseable)
  • Ingles (Deseado)

    • La modalidad de trabajo es hibrida y se trabaja de lunes a viernes en horario de oficina.

    Perfil deseado

  • Ingeniería en administración de empresas o carrera a fin. (Excluyente)
  • 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares. (Excluyente)

  • Ingles (Deseado)
