    Your Role

    At Solarpack, we've experienced a strong period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue this trajectory, we've created a new Business Unit, for the LATAM Region. We're currently searching for a highly qualified LATAM Chief of Staff to work closely with our LATAM CEO and the executive team. From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a regional business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as liaison between executives, leaders, and the LATAM CEO, regarding project updates, proposals, and planning. Propose priorities.
    • Serve as liaison between LATAM and Corporate executives, regarding project updates, proposals, and planning.
    • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management, department leaders and team members, performing an array of administrative tasks including planning and coordinating periodical and ad-hoc meetings.
    • Intervention in meetings, emails, calls on behalf of the LATAM CEO and preparation of presentations and reports.
    • Strategic analysis of the most relevant information on ongoing projects, to inform the LATAM CEO of the critical aspects that require his intervention and decision making.
    • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with the LATAM CEO and executives on special projects.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and leading the preparation and dissemination of communications.

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor ́s degree in Business Administration or similar field.
    • From 5 to 10 years of experience in a project, business or executive management role.
    • Proven experience coordinating multiple teams and departments.
    • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
    • Experience with project management.
    • Experience with budget management.
    • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management.
    • Proven success in a project coordination role.
    • High level of English and Spanish.
