    The Lean Solutions Partner WSA will Implement and enhance Lean culture across the CX teams deploying solutions that deliver actionable insights to identify opportunities in efficiencies and an improved customer experience to drive our integrator vision with a lean approach. Coach/ mentor Lean projects to raise the knowledge level of organization and foster alignment to key business priorities.

    Ensures that customer remains at the forefront while driving efficiencies, scalability, reduced costs and enabling top-line business growth with Return on Investment.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CX managers with the on-boarding & upskilling of the team, with training plans lean methodology and provides day-to-day support of both internal team members as well as the user community for the solutions deployed by the team.
  • Maintain project/process documentation, Gantt charts, process maps, action logs, schedules/timelines, etc.
  • Provide guidance and support with the vetting of execution plans presented by the team after they gather and understand requirements.
  • Manage transformation efforts and support process improvement projects.
  • Responsible for development, lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma in projects to improve processes and reduce waste, also initiatives and awareness, communicate process improvement activities, status updates and return on investment to all stakeholders.
  • Leverages internal and external resources and best practices through networking and collaboration.
  • Identifies optimal source for required data & obtains necessary access. Escalate to Manager when roadblocks encountered.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support on substantial trainings to the team in improving results using LEAN concepts and advanced statistical analysis methodologies.
  • Ensures the team delivers high quality outputs to each project and helps drive and enforce team standards and best practices.
  • Required to work in a project-based environment where timelines, budgets, risks & stakeholder management are critical.

  • Communicates/escalates issues in a timely manner. Is transparent with any changes to scope, timelines, or budget.
  • Support the various Team management activities including recruitment processes.
  • We are looking for:

  • A team player who demonstrates ability to support others but also able to work independently.
  • Proven record in building strong relationships and stakeholder networks.
  • Experience providing technical support through coaching & training. Ability to share experience with others to obtain the best outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Solid organizational & follow-up skills including attention to detail & ability to multi-task.
  • Results/deadline-oriented, analytical, and innovative.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • At least 3 years relevant work-experience and implementing Lean and continuous improvement solutions.
  • Black Belt Certification . Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools, including DMAIC, 5S, and value stream mapping
  • MS Office Suite, MS Visio, Miro
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
