    The data Solution Partner will be responsible for driving the culture of data capture, consolidation, visualization, and automation within the WSA CX Organization.

    Leading develop and implement innovative, data-driven solutions that will improve the performance and productivity of CX teams, as well as the profitability and growth of our business. Data Visualization for Data Analysis and Analytics, thinking clearly and strategically about a great communication design, beyond the data.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CX managers with the on-boarding & upskilling of the team, with training plans for data approaches and provides day-to-day support of both internal team members as well as the user community for the solutions deployed by the team.
  • Make recommendations based on data, about team capacity management, process performance and team efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support with the vetting of execution plans presented by the team after they gather and understand requirements. Also helps validate a high-level assessment of effort and potential benefit and make recommendations around project pipeline/prioritization being the primary responsible party for it.
  • Leverages internal and external resources and best practices through networking and collaboration.
  • Identifies optimal source for required data & obtains necessary access. Escalate to Manager when roadblocks encountered.
  • Coordinate with Financial Business Partners and Leadership for Monthly and Quarterly reports and routines, and provide data and information needed regarding to CX.
  • Offers expert knowledge about analytic methods and data transformation and visualization tools to help create solutions that offer increased visibility and, wherever possible, automation.
  • Assists with the creation and delivery of training, quick reference guides and video tutorials.
  • Required to work in a project-based environment where timelines, budgets, risks & stakeholder management are critical.

  • Communicates/escalates issues in a timely manner. Is transparent with any changes to scope, timelines, or budget.
  • Support the various Team management activities including recruitment processes.
  • We are looking for:

  • At least 3 years relevant work-experience managing data/creating and implementing solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business statistics, analytics and data science preferred.
  • Data Visualization for Data Analysis and Analytics, thinking clearly and strategically about the foundations of great communication design, a team player who demonstrates ability to support others in terms of data management.
  • Proven record in building strong relationships and stakeholder networks.
  • Experience providing technical support through coaching & training. Ability to share experience with others to obtain the best outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Solid organizational & follow-up skills including attention to detail & ability to multi-task
  • Results/deadline-oriented, analytical, and innovative
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365, Dremio, and Azure. Power BI, Jira, Confluence
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power app and others automation proven skills required. Proficiency in MS Access a plus
  • Fluent in English.
