    About the Role

    The DFE would work for the operations area (incident tracking and troubleshooting).

    Suppliers follow up.

    Equipment inventory control on different countries (USA, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Colombia).

    Operational calls/meetings with customer.

    Working with Orange account team to address special customer requirements.

    About You

    Knowledge in Cisco, Fortinet, and Huawei technologies.

    Knowledge in Security, Routing & Switching, wireless, Collaboration, Datacenters.

    Knowledge in PM practices.

    Working to deadline.

    Work well under pressure.

    Spanish native and English proficiency.
