    Marketing Manager – On site
    EF Santiago | Chile is looking for a Marketing Manager who will have a pivotal role in driving the company's market positioning by contributing to the growth and defining the direction of EF's local activities. Role
  • As Marketing manager, you will be a key driver in identifying, developing, and executing online as well as offline marketing opportunities and campaigns closely in a daily basis and identify trends and insights for optimizing investment and performance based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • You will also be in charge for creating and implementing a marketing plan, as well as driving, developing, and following through on the multi-channel marketing strategy implementation.
  • You will be working together with the sales team to achieve annual sales goals and one of your prime responsibilities will be to drive lead generation and enforce brand awareness.
  • In addition, you will be negotiating, and building relationships with a range of different stakeholders and service providers.
  • Work closely with Country Manager, regional marketing and sales teams and local sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategy, online and offline.
  • Build and refine advertising strategies including budget, bidding, creative, continuously across all channels to drive business outcomes.
    • Qualifications
  • Detailed insider knowledge of the region
  • 3 - 5 years of direct marketing experience and minimum 5 years of working experience for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector of Tourism/ Educational.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, hospitality industry or a related discipline
  • Experience desired in lead generation and execution of marketing plans
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is mandatory.
    • Competencies, Skills and Abilities:
  • Business acumen with strong aptitude for negotiations and persuasion.
  • Must have strong accounting skills, statistics management and numerical capabilities (number crunching and budget management).
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and possess outstanding organization skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, so as to be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others.
