- Generar reportes que permitan contar con información fidedigna y en tiempo real del desempeño de las marcas del e-commerce de la compañía.
- Crear flujos automatizados mediante reglas que permitan generar up selling y cross selling.
- Diseñar y mantener modelo de venta incremental que permita medir la gestión del área de ventas
- Generar reportes Ad Hoc de análisis de clientes y desempeño en el tiempo.
- Crear modelos de segmentación con el objetivo de optimizar esfuerzos en CRM.
- Mantener la calidad de los datos existentes en BigQuery (base de datos en SQL).
- Mantener base de datos de contactabilidad de clientes mediante herramientas de limpieza en SQL.
- Formación Ingeniería Civil Industrial o afín.
- Experiencia profesional de 3 años en manejo de datos y/o Business Intelligence.
- Manejo excluyente de Power BI / Tableau / SQL.
- Deseable manejo de Portugués.
