    Business Solution Manager:
    quién será el responsable de la de Gestión de Proyectos / Comercial del área Facilities Management.


    Requisitos:
    Estudios Profesionales en Administración, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil o Industrial, o afines.

    • 3 años de experiencia en área comercial y/o dirigiendo proyectos.
    Experiencia en Microsoft Office. Avanzado.
    Inglés. Deseable.
    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, alto nivel organizativo


    Responsabilidades:
    Facilitar y generar oportunidades de nuevos proyectos en el área de FM.
    Responsable de establecer herramientas y metodologías ser parte de la gestión de proyectos de FM.
    Coordinar a las partes interesadas del proyecto.
    Responsable de análisis financiero en el ROI de los proyectos.
    Determina metodologías y herramientas sean rentables en función de resultados esperados.
    Encargado de generar y proponer soluciones para llevar a cabo los proyectos.
    Establece desarrollo, ejecución de proyectos, indicadores y KPI ́s.
    Gestión de proveedores, presupuestos, facturación, etc.

    Lugar de trabajo:
    Las Condes, Santiago.
