    En Agencia Pictor, pionera en el campo del marketing y la publicidad digital, entendemos el valor de las relaciones auténticas y medibles entre marcas e influencers.

    Buscamos un ejecutivo de cuentas especialista en Influencer Marketing con al menos 3 años de experiencia comprobable, apasionado por la creación de conexiones significativas y el desarrollo de estrategias de marketing influencer que impulsen el engagement y la conversión.

    Siendo un rol clave en la ejecución exitosa de campañas desde su conceptualización hasta el análisis post-campaña.


    Responsabilidades Principales:

    • Reclutamiento de Influencers y gestión de relaciones a largo plazo.
    • Experiencia en análisis y reportería: Uso de herramientas de análisis de métricas para seleccionar influencers y evaluar el impacto de las campañas. Responsable de la recopilación de datos, análisis y presentación de informes de rendimiento.
    • Propuestas Creativas y estrategias de difusión de campañas locales
    • Desarrollar planes y calendarizaciones dando status regularmente a clientes en base a orden de campañas digitales.
    • Aportar en el desarrollo de planes y producción de eventos que apoyen campañas locales como parte de iniciativas para amplificar mensajes o lanzamientos específicos.
    • Reportar constantemente a director de área con status semanales sobre cuentas y campañas
    • Apoyar presencialmente eventos locales (vivir en RM factor excluyente)

    Competencias y Habilidades:

    • Fuerte entendimiento del ecosistema digital y experiencia en la gestión de campañas de influencer marketing.
    • Excelente redacción y ortografía
    • Capacidad para analizar datos y tendencias para tomar decisiones informadas.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
    • Creatividad para innovar en propuestas y soluciones de marketing.
    • Experiencia trabajando con marcas internacionales y capacidad para realizar adaptaciones culturales efectivas.
    • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y contribuir a un ambiente colaborativo.

    Ofrecemos:

    • Remuneración competitiva, entre $800,000 y $1,500,000, dependiendo de la experiencia.
