    Buscamos quien será el responsable de liderar y dirigir todas las tareas relacionadas con la gestión del servicio para garantizar la correcta entrega de este.

    Debe asegurar el logro y mantenimiento de los estándares excepcionales de servicio, el desarrollo y la implementación de las políticas transversales para la resolución de las consultas de los clientes, la gestión y control de servicio para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente.

    Asegurar la correcta entrega de los procesos de gestión con el servicio.
    Ser el punto de central de coordinación transversal para toda la mejora del servicio
    Responsable por el plan de mejoras y remediación de servicio
    Responsable de la coordinación interna con todas las áreas de backoffice
    Liderar y presentar en conjunto con SDM al cliente los planes definidos.
    Aplicar, controlar y conservar actualizadas las políticas y procedimientos, con el objetivo de mantener un nivel de servicio al cliente sobresaliente

    Formula y comunica las políticas de Servicio, las medidas de desempeño y los estándares para la gestión, permitiendo una medición efectiva de los resultados del servicio al cliente.

    Liderar el monitoreo y evaluación de las quejas de los clientes para asegurar una atención rápida y amable. Dar sugerencias a corto y largo plazo para corregir los problemas según sea necesario
    Desarrolla el espíritu de equipo y capacidades multitarea dentro del equipo.
    Desarrolla KPIs con miembros del equipo y monitorea el desempeño individual.
    Identifica necesidades y oportunidades de capacitación para desarrollar un departamento funcional altamente calificado.
    Identifica necesidades y oportunidades respecto de la mejora del servicio.
