    Posición requiere de trabajo hibrido entre oficina-terreno y en casa. Indispensable tener movilización propia, los gastos de uso son reembolsados .

    Main Purpose:

    Liderar al equipo de Retail Solutions a su cargo orientado al trabajo en el cliente más importante del área.

    Responsable de la administración de la cuenta de Retail más relevante, gerenciamiento de key contacts a todo nivel, garantizando atención y servicio al segmento, proporcionando soluciones integrales y gerenciamiento de insights digitales.

    Desarrollo del retail advocacy – Ejecución del retail strategy

    Soporte estratégico para el área Comercial y Digital

    Controlar y eficientar los flujos, manejo y control de nuestros activos.

    Major/Key Accountabilities:

  • Desarrollo de relaciones comerciales con el retail
  • Business review periódicos con key players
  • Colabora activamente en la búsqueda de valor y mejoramiento del Customer experience.
  • Implementa mejoras en base a insight digitales
  • Planificación y control de las actividades de su equipo de Field Executives.
  • Soporte, seguimiento y resolución de inventarios. Cobro de pallets perdidos
  • Trabajo conjunto con Comercial y Asset protection para la expansión de cobertura y nuevos negocios.
  • Retail advocacy plan
  • Detecta oportunidades comerciales.
  • Establece acuerdos de largo plazo con clientes de retail.
  • Vigilar el correcto uso de los activos de la compañía.
  • Foco en control de pérdidas y reducción de CAPEX
  • Implementación de Retail strategy garantizando el cobre de uso no adecuado y perdida de activos

    • Decision Making:

  • Asignación de cuentas a Field Executives
  • Responsabilidad en contratación, despidos y promociones en su equipo.
  • Implementar acuerdos de largo plazo con retail.
  • Negocia inventarios y lidera cobro de activos perdidos.
  • Concilia y valida movimientos de entrada y salida del retail.

    Inglés intermedio

    Skills

  • Experiencia laboral de al menos 4 años.
  • Deseable experiencia laboral en el área retail, industrias de consumo masivo, compañías multinacionales o en prestadores de servicio.
  • Habilidades comerciales para lograr acuerdos con los clientes.
  • Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Autodisciplina y autonomía en las tareas diarias.
  • Capacidad de discernir entre lo urgente y lo importante.
  • Capacidad para organizar eficientemente su tiempo.
  • Habilidades matemáticas e informáticas

    • Contar con movilidad propia indispensable.
