    Job Description

    Role Purpose

    Senior Consultant tendrá la responsabilidad de operar, gestionar, coordinar, ejecutar y liderar las distintas funciones de las unidades de WHO&Co.:

    • Headhunting & Recruiting
    • Career Advisory & Coaching
    • Learning & Training
    • HR Consultancy

    Main responsabilities

    1. Reclutamiento y selección
    • Liderar el proceso de reclutamiento, desde el levantamiento de perfiles hasta la entrega de candidatos.
    • Convertirse en un referente del mercado, entrevistando para procesos y de manera proactiva, perfiles atractivos para clientes de WHO&Co.
    • Cooperar con el equipo de WHO&Co. para que otros consultores puedan cerrar sus procesos de reclutamiento, desde el compartir buenas prácticas. hasta la mantención de la relación y comunicación con el cliente final.
    • Capacitar y colaborar con el equipo de trabajo las buenas prácticas de reclutamiento y selección.
    • Liderar la comunicación (client facing) con los distintos clientes de WHO&Co.


    Requisitos

    Professional Skills

    1. Perfil:
    • Experiencia previa en el cargo.
    • Con especial motivación y ganas de hacer cosas nuevas o estar en pro de la mejora continua
    • Profesional de formación en ingeniería comercial, psicología o carreras afines.

    • Responsabilidad: Cumplimiento en plazos y calidad de cada una de sus tareas de manera autónoma.
    • Autonomía: Abordar y resolver autónomamente impedimentos a su trabajo o problemas en producción
    • Capacidad analítica: Levantamiento e interpretación de datos para influir en la toma de decisiones

    • Trabajo en equipo: visión real del objetivo de equipo por sobre el individual que se refleje en su trabajo diario

    Requirements
    Requisitos Professional Skills Perfil: Experiencia previa en el cargo.
