    Estamos buscando a nuestr@ próxim@ People Engagement & Employee Care Lead para realizar un reemplazo pre y post natal en nuestro equipo de HR Chile, reportando directamente al HR Manager.

    ¿Cuál es el objetivo de este rol?

    El rol tiene la responsabilidad de liderar temas relacionados a Cultura, Engagement & Employee Care.

    La misión es liderar, desarrollar e implementar iniciativas y herramientas de Engagement, Propuesta de Valor al empleado, Wellbeing, y Reconocimiento a fin de construir la cultura que MetLife necesita hoy y en el futuro, utilizando data y conocimientos para comprender tendencias, escuchar a los equipos identificando necesidades, y generar planes de trabajo de mano de los líderes.

    Qué harás en este rol...

    • Desarrollarás e implementarás nuestra estrategia de Propuesta de Valor al Empleado, habilitando herramientas que robustecerán nuestra oferta y conectarán de mejor manera con nuestros colaboradores.
    • Diseñarás e implementarás el plan anual de Wellbeing. a fin de contribuir en el bienestar integral de todos nuestros colaboradores.
    • Diseñarás e implementarás el plan de reconocimiento anual potenciando las herramientas globales y locales, construyendo acciones que agreguen valor al mediano y largo plazo.
    • Diseñarás nuestra estrategia y plan de networking interno, velando por la construcción de un modelo de gestión inclusivo y conectado.
    • Identificarás oportunidades internas que nos hagan posicionarnos como el mejor empleador del mercado.
    • Diseñarás, desarrollarás y habilitarás herramientas que faciliten y/o mejoren la gestión del equipo de Recursos Humanos, con el objetivo de robustecer nuestra propuesta de valor y contribuir a la experiencia y cuidado de nuestros empleados, con foco en el trabajo flexible e Integración vida personal y trabajo.

    • Título de Psicología, Sociología, Trabajo Social, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín
    • Al menos 5 años de experiencia y 1 en roles similares.
    • Experiencia gestionando procesos de gestión de personas a nivel compañía.
    • Capacidad de entender el negocio y desafíos del mercado para brindar soluciones y propuestas adecuadas y con visión de futuro.
    • Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Power BI)
    • Manejo de inglés, nivel intermedio

    Y es un plus si además...

    • Tienes experiencia en compañías multinacionales.
    • Tienes habilidades para manejar conflictos y resolución de problemas, eres proactivo/a, orientado/a al logro, enfocado/a en el cliente y colaborativo/a.
