    The Reward Lead will plan and manage the implementation of the global compensation strategy in Americas, as well as develop and -provide guidance with- the regional strategy, so that the results of each country meet current and future business needs, generating a competitive value proposition and guaranteeing internal and external equity in the compensation packages of all employees of the company.

    The scope of the position includes 14 markets: Chile, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Panama, Barbados, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Uruguay, Argentina, El Salvador & Guatemala, plus any newly acquired business units in the future.

    The Key Areas of responsibility of the role are Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, HR Controlling and M&A.

    Key Responsabilities

    Compensation


    • Manage Structures and update Salary scales according to the market studies.


    • Drive the annual salary increase process for the entire region: validating employee information, pay grades, budget salary ranges, results of performance evaluations, creation of the merit matrix, etc.


    • Contribute with all Compensation related matters: new commission systems, calculation and administration of the payment of bonuses for the region, salary proposals for the hiring and/or retention of collaborators, providing tools and market analysis to guarantee the internal and external competitiveness of the organization.


    • Provide information required by the global team for the company's Shares program (long-term incentives), including executive support and payment execution support.


    • Participate in global projects (global architecture, H&W, commissions, etc.)

    HR Controlling:


    • Validate and approve requests for new headcounts associated with a business case or resource planner


    • Validate and analyze the costs of employee departures


    • Create, update or validate and upload policies to the MyJourney tool according to the needs of the market and/or area.


    • Create and manage reports for the markets and areas associated with headcount, outputs, mails, areas, indicators, etc.


    • Support the creation and maintenance of foundation objects and employee data in Success Factors.

    Mobility:


    • Generate information for the global team, about talents who will have international mobility.


    • Provide guidance to executives during their transfer process.


    • Generate initiatives on the benefits to be implemented in the region.

    M&A:


    • Participate in M&A processes through transition plans and alignment of Comp&Ben packages and processes.

    Qualifications:

    • More than 5 years Reward experience in Regional / Global function
    • Bachelor Degree in Human Ressources, Business Administration, Accounting, Economy or related Fields
    • Advanced skills in Excel
    • Advanced spoken and written English
