    Nuestra Gerencia de People Chile busca a su próximo(a) Subgerente Administración de Personas y Payroll, quién tendrá como desafío asegurar el orden y correcto funcionamiento de esta área. Estamos buscando a una persona con ganas de crecer, desarrollarse y así potenciar sus talentos y el talento de las personas de su equipo.

    Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:

  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las políticas de Personas, desde el onboarding de los nuevos colaboradores hasta su salida.
  • Liderar y modelar la forma de trabajo del equipo de personas a cargo.
  • Velar por la calidad y eficiencia del proceso de remuneraciones y el proceso de adminsitración de personas, asegurando la respuesta oportuna a trabajadores.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el area, con el objetivo de potenciar y mejorar los procesos administrativos, de remuneraciones y servicio al trabajador.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales y obligaciones legales dentro de la organización.
  • Brindar soporte a la estructura, en la gestión, lineamientos corporativos y estrategias, impulsando el cambio y la mejora continua.

    • Haremos Match si cumples con los siguientes Requisitos:

  • Formación en Ingeniería en Recursos Humanos, Ingeniería comercial, Contabilidad Auditor, Contador General o carrera afín.
  • Tener al menos 5 años de experiencia en procesos de remuneraciones y administrativos de personas.
  • Excluyente experiencia liderando equipos.
  • Experiencia en roles similares trabajando en empresas multinacionales
  • Excluyente conocimiento en legislación laboral Chilena.
  • Habilidades avanzadas en sistemas de remuneraciones.
  • Excluyente conocimiento en SAP HR.
  • Deseable nonción en prácticas basadas en metodología ágil.
  • Excluyente conocimientos en Inglés nivel avanzado.
