    Buscamos a Service Delivery Consultant con al menos 3 años de experiencia en el rol para ser incorporado a importante proyecto junto a cliente socio.

    Perfil evaluado:

    Experiencia como Service Delivery Consultant

    Manejo avanzado o certificación ITSM y ITIL

    Experiencia en manejo de contrato y terminos legales de servicios

    Experiencia en seguimiento documental y gestión de los mismos

    Manejo de estimamiento: tiempos, prosupuestos, impactos, etc.

    Experiencia asesorando a equipos internos, tanto de implementación de servicios y seguimiento

    Control contractual de proyectos y delivery de los mismos

    Experiencia trabajando con clientes externos

    Experiencia manejando presupuestos

    Definición de cronogramas y plazos estratégicos para los proyectos

    Evaluaciones de riesgos de los proyectos

    Manejo de planes de entrega, plazos y compromisos

    Experiencia en la elaboración de informes y presentaciones a alto directorio y cliente asociados

    Experiencia en la construcción de métricas de gestión orientadas al servicio y delivery

    Funciones :

    -Realizar los informes a los clientes de acuerdo con los requisitos contractuales y con el equipo operativo del cliente

    -Entregar los hitos contractuales, con un nivel adecuado de calidad, cumpliendo con cronograma contractual y el presupuesto asignado

    -Asumir la propiedad y la responsabilidad hasta la finalización de la resolución de los casos y requerimientos del cliente, asegurando se respeten los SLA contractuales.

    -Administrar la resolución de problemas y los análisis de causa raíz, luego brinde las respuestas más relevantes a nuestros cliente. (Elaboración de RCA)

    -Identificar puntos difíciles que pueden comprometer los compromisos y proponer un plan de acción. Gestión de riesgos.

    -Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los clientes para traducir sus necesidades funcionales en términos técnicos para los equipos internos.

    -Entender los requerimientos de los clientes y proponer soluciones optimizadas (costo, duración)

    -Facilitar y alentar la capitalización, para dar retroalimentación interna.

    -Cumplir con los KPI internos definidos por el proceso de soporte (REP, Dashboard,

    -Definir la estrategia de mantenimiento para los proyectos de preventa

    -Coordinar con el responsable de proyectos de implementación el paso a mantenimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de todos los entrégales y aplicando los procedimientos definidos.

    -Elaborar el Plan de Mantenimiento siguiendo la metodología de la compañía para la gestión de proyectos de mantenimiento, formalizando la estrategia definida.

    -Coordinar las actividades relacionadas con la gestión y seguimiento de los equipos internos y proveedores externos para el proyecto de mantenimiento y garantía.

    -Organizar el mantenimiento preventivo y definir el cronograma de acuerdo con las restricciones del cliente, coordinar las tareas entre el equipo del cliente y el equipo local (o proveedor).

    -Realizar las cotizaciones, revisando las evaluaciones y los argumentos de los diferentes grupos para definir el costo estimado de la solución de soporte y mantenimiento del cliente asegurando la rentabilidad

    -Cruzar estas cotizaciones con los elementos siguientes:

    -Las variaciones que se pudieran presentar respecto a las propuestas de años anteriores, como cambio en proveedores, obsolescencia tecnológica que conlleve a adquirir equipos de nuevos proveedores y requiera configuración/adaptación, etc.

    -Documentar las hipótesis y los riesgos que pudieran llegar a representar impacto en las propuestas.

    -Validar los presupuestos con su jerarquía.
